Please take the time to read the linked policies below. I will provide a brief summary of each below, but that will be no substitute for reading and understanding JME Hosting's complete set of terms and policies. By hosting with JME Hosting, you are bound by them.

Terms of Service:

We ask for a $50 deposit for any custom site configuration. This deposit is not refundable, but it is applicable to the final total for any services purchased.

Your new site will not be publically accessible until full payment, as agreed, has been received.

Depending on your form of payment, renewal of hosting services (currently $50 per year) will be automatic.

Violations of JME Hosting's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Spam Policy may, at JME Hosting's discretion, result in immediate and permanent disablement without refund.

You are solely responsible for the content of your site. 

Acceptable Use:

When you host with JME Hosting we will not stand in your way. You can do just about anything you'd like with your hosting space. However, we cannot host sites related to anything illegal or any sort of adult content. Also, we cannot allow the hosting of any content for which you do not hold either the copyright or an appropriate license. Or anything that might facilitate the distribution of copyrighted materials. 

Spam Policy:

Spam is not allowed. At all. Period. Even if you send the emails from somewhere else, if they are associated with the domain you host with JME Hosting you run the risk of causing issues for yourself and other businesses that also host with us. If unsolicited email marketing is important to your business, we would request that you seek out a different hosting partner.
